3 Month Postpartum Progress Report

 

 

hipcravo-1370862-unsplash.jpgI have been diligently keeping track of my Postpartum body using a little red notebook that I have used since 2014 when my first huge fitness journey began. Ultimately, I lost nearly 100 pounds and over 10 inches off my waist after baby number 1.

Now that it has been 3 months since Baby 2 came into this world, here are my stats showing my progress:

4/12/2019 (4 weeks PP)

Weight: 162.8 lbs

Neck: 13″
Chest: 34″
Upper arm: 11 1/2″
Waist: 31 1/2″
Hips: 41 1/2″
Upper thigh: 24″
Calves: 13 3/4″

Goals: Eat healthy calories for breastfeeding and heal my stitches until cleared from the Dr. to work out.

5/23/2019 (12 weeks PP)

Weight: 151.4 lbs

Neck: 12″
Chest: 33″
Upper arm: 11″
Waist: 28 1/2″
Hips: 41″
Upper thigh: 22 1/2″
Calves: 13 1/2″

Goals: Make it to the gym at least 3x a week, replace one meal a day with a Herbalife shake, add one day of HIIT to my routine. Goal weight for July 1st, 142.0 lbs.
